Schemes where we are participating
1. PMKVY – ( 2.0 and 3.0)
Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) is the flagship scheme of the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) implemented by National Skill Development Corporation. The objective of this Skill Certification Scheme is to enable a large number of Indian youth to take up industry-relevant skill training that will help them in securing a better livelihood. Individuals with prior learning experience or skills will also be assessed and certified under Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL).
We work with both central funding agency as well as through states.
2.DDUGKY ( UP) –
Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) is the skilling and placement initiative of the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD), Government of India. DDU-GKY has its origins in the Aajeevika Skills programme and the ‘Special Projects’ component of the Swarnjayanti Gram Swarozgar Yojana (SGSY). The scheme focuses on catering to the occupational aspirations of rural youth and enhancing their skills for wage employment.
Implementation of DDU-GKY involves State Governments, Technical Support Agencies like the National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (NIRD & PR), and Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs).
3. ELSTP (RSLDC) –
All India Institute of Local Self-Government, Employment Linked Skill Training Programme (ELSTP) & Regular Skill Training Programme (RSTP) Rajasthan Skill & Livelihood Development Corporation (RSLDC)
It aims at developing and implementing skill development programs across Rajasthan. The main focus of this program is to empower the youth by providing them dedicated skill training and place them in various sectors/industries.
4. MMYKY (RSLDC) – Mukhya mantri Yuva Kaushal yojna ids aimed to integrate skill development opportunities for the youth studying in regular govt collages
5. RAJKVIK (RSLDC) – After the success of ELSTP, the scheme was restructured and as a result of this the new scheme will be known as “ Rojgar adharit Jan Kaushal Vikas karyakram”
6. Skill development Govt of Gujrat ( TCGL) –
Tourism Corporation of Gujrat is training the youth of Gujrat in tourism related field through their own funded programs.
7. UKWDP ( UK workforce development program)
The development objectives of Uttarakhand Workforce Development Project for India are to improve the quality and relevance of training at priority Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) and to increase the number of labor-market-relevant workers through short-term training in Uttarakhand. A program funded by world bank
Types of Training
a) Short Term Training –
Provision of 200 to 500 hour long skill-oriented training, both core and soft, at PMKVY affiliated and accredited training centres to school/college dropouts or unemployed
b) Recognition of Prior Learning –
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is a platform to provide recognition to the informal learning or learning through work to get equal acceptance as the formal levels of education. It aims to appreciate prior learning irrespective of the medium of achieving it.
c) Special Projects – “PMKVY Special Projects Scheme” is a scheme to undertake project based skilling interventions, primarily to meet the skilling needs of marginalized & vulnerable groups and those of difficult/remote geographies, hard to reach areas which may not meet all the parameters as laid down in the Guidelines of STT of PMKVY.
